Sales Terms
 

We sell wholesale to contractors. No retail sales. We require contractors to apply for an account before making purchases. You can apply for a "cash" account or a "credit" account.

  • Cash Account Application: To make purchases by cash, check or credit card please apply for a "cash" account. Feel free to call or you can simply apply online.

    We accept Discover, Visa, Master Card and American Express

  • Credit Account Application: To make purchases on credit we use the quality services of BlueTarp. Download the BlueTarp application form, complete and mail or bring into any of our three locations.
Shipping/Delivery
  • Orders for windows and doors totaling $200 or more are shipped at no charge within a 50 mile radius.
  • Back orders or shipping errors by Riverdale Window & Door will be delivered at no charge.
  • From our warehouse or point of origin, Riverdale Window & Door reserves the right to ship via common carrier, freight collect or increase charges for delivery made by truck.
  • Riverdale Window & Door reserves the right to charge special rates under extraordinary circumstances - e.g. where two men are required or where an unusual amount of time is needed.
  • Custom manufactured window and door orders will be billed upon completion of production.
  • Construction Products or Riverdale Manufactured Window and Door orders that are not picked up within 10 days of their arrival at your local branch are subject to a storage and handling charge.
Item Returns

Riverdale Window & Door will allow Full Credit for material returned to our warehouse under the following conditions:

  • All merchandise must be clean and undamaged. no credit will be issued for material which is unsuitable to place in stock for immediate resale. Please do not return anything that you would not accept on your next order.
  • No credit will be allowed for custom made or special order items.
  • Wood products sold in random lengths may not be returned for credit.
  • Roofing shingles may be returned for credit. No open packages.
  • Material must be identified as originally purchased from Riverdale Window & Door and must be returned with original invoice.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Returns will not be accepted for materials purchased as discontinued or final sale.
  • Return of items not in full cartons are subject to a 15% handling charge.

Notes:

  • Deviation from any of the above conditions is cause to refuse items for credit
  • All counts by Riverdale Window & Door are final.
  • Material refused by Riverdale Window & Door will be discarded immediately if not removed by the customer.
  • Material returned by Riverdale Window & Door truck which is unacceptable for credit will be scrapped.
